Visiting from Austin at the moment and ordered a ton of things and everything was delicious. The chicken and waffles and omelet were standout amazing. I wish I took photos but I have 2 under 4 and when food arrived it was eat time! Omelet (cuantro) had all the stuff in the center rather than throughout the egg which is exactly how I expect good quality omelets. Chicken and waffles were fluffy, best fry on the chicken tenders and Siracha syrup. Massive win all around! Got a few kids meals, mimosas and we were extremely happy. The meal was topped with such good service. Thanks Darron for taking such good care of us and making us feel like family. Good people. Good food.'

Ok, maybe that's just me. 8TE delivered that and more. My exact text to me bff when describing the BLTA- fuuuuuuu**...this sandwich did the job no ex boyfriend ever could. The highlight of the sandwich was the panko breaded FRIED avocado. What?! Yes! Fried avocado! BLTs are my favorite sandwich in life & this one was on another level. The thick cut bacon had a sweet tang & perfectly cooked- soggy bacon instantly grosses up any BLT. But this person knew what they were doing. To top off this sandwich perfection, I got a side of onion rings. These babies were massive! Tempura battered, fried to order- greasy in that exquisite cheat day comfort food. This whole experience at this restaurant start-to-finish was awesome, the server was friendly and personable, making sure I had every tiny thing I could need for my picnic at the beach. The food was incredible. I'll be dreaming of this sandwich forever. Thanks 8TE, you ruined me for all other BLTs.'
